目的:探讨图文式检查准备清单在脑血管病MRI检查中的应用效果。方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023年 6月行MRI检查的 1954例脑血管病患者资料,依据检查方式不同分成对照组 993例与观察组 961例,比较分析两组各项临床指标差异。结果:观察组相较于对照组,在检查成功率、准备及检查时间、图像质量上表现更优,不良事件发生率更低,差异显著(P<0。05)。检查前,两组在心理弹性、血压及心率上无显著差异(P>0。05);检查后,两组这些指标均有所改善,且观察组改善更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:运用"图文式检查准备清单"于脑血管MRI检查中,可提升效率、缓解患者心理、优化图像质量,并降低不良事件。
Study on the application effect of graphic and textual examination preparation checklist in MRI examination of cerebrovascular disease
Objective:To explore the application effect of graphic and textual examination preparation checklist in MRI examination of cerebrovascular disease.Methods:1954 patients with cerebrovascular disease who underwent MRI examination from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group of 993 cases and an observation group of 961 cases according to different examination methods.The differences in various clinical indicators between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group performed better in terms of examination success rate,preparation and examination time,and image quality.The incidence of adverse events was lower,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before the examination,there was no significant difference in psychological resilience,blood pressure,and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05);After examination,both groups showed improvement in these indicators,with the observation group showing more significant improvement and the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of a"graphic and textual examination preparation checklist"in cerebral vascular MRI examination can improve efficiency,alleviate patient psychology,optimize image quality,and reduce adverse events.
