Discussion on Key Points and Difficulties in Government Procurement Demand Management of Inspection Instruments and Equipment
Objective:Toenhance the standardization and effectiveness of government procurement demand management for inspection instruments and equipment used by inspection institutions,solve problems such as long procurement cycles,unsatisfactory bidding quality,and frequent questioning and complaints,improve procurement efficiency and quality,and prevent procurement risks.Methods:Based on the relevant policies of national government procurement demand management,combined with the characteristics of procurement of inspection instruments and equipment,through analyzing the government procurement demand management process of inspection instruments and equipment,to propose suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve management.Results:and conclusion:This article proposes the key points for effectively implementing procurement demand management from the specific operational levels of demand investigation for inspection instruments and equipment,procurement demand standardization management,and demand review,and analyzes the current management difficulties and corresponding optimization ideas,providing effective basic guarantee for the quality of inspection.
