达芬奇机器人手术器械泡沫预处理保湿剂清洗效果研究

目的:分析泡沫型预处理保湿剂对达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗质量的影响。方法:选择 2023年 10月~2024年 5月新疆医科大学第一附属医院消毒供应中心接收的机器人手术器械 284件,随机分为两组,对照组常规清洗,观察组加泡沫预处理,对比清洗效果及冲洗时间。结果:在目测检测中,两组器械合格率接近(P>0。05)。但隐血、蛋白及 ATP 荧光检测显示,观察组合格率均高于对照组,如隐血检测中观察组手柄合格率为 97。18%,对照组则较低(P<0。05)。同时,观察组流动水冲洗时间(5。23±1。26)min 和水枪冲洗时间(4。62±1。25)min,均明显短于对照组(P<0。05)。结论:泡沫型预处理保湿剂可提高达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗质量,提高清洗效率,值得推广。
Study on cleaning effect of foam pretreatment humectant for da Vinci robotic surgical instruments
Objective:This paper analyzes the influence of foam pre-treatment humectant on the cleaning quality of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments.Methods:284 robotic surgical instruments received by the Disinfection and Supply Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2023 to May 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was routinely cleaned,and the observation group was pretreated with foam to compare the cleaning effect and washing time.Results:In visual inspection,the qualification rates of the two sets of instruments were close(P>0.05).However,the detection of occult blood,protein,and ATP fluorescence showed that the combination rate of observation was higher than that of the control group.For example,in occult blood detection,the qualified rate of the observation group's handle was 97.18%,while the control group was lower(P<0.05).At the same time,the observation group had significantly shorter flushing times with flowing water(5.23±1.26)min and water gun(4.62±1.25)min compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Foam-type pre-treatment humectant can improve the cleaning quality and efficiency of Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments,which is worth popularizing.
