我国铁矿石磁力粗粒预选抛废工艺研究与实践

摘要
铁矿石资源是最大宗金属矿石资源,是我国资源禀赋差但储量十分丰富、当前高度依赖进口的矿石资源,其自给问题关乎国家经济安全.为了指导矿山企业借鉴已有研究与实践成果,以便有针对性地应对本企业铁矿石资源品质差所带来的一系列问题(铁精矿产量低,水、电、钢球单耗大,生产成本高,工艺复杂,细粒尾矿处置潜在安全与环保风险大等),按矿石磁性差异分类归纳、总结了我国在铁矿石高效磁力粗粒预选抛废方面的最新研究成果与生产实践情况.三大类铁矿石的十余种常见高效抛废工艺或工艺组合包括:①强磁性铁矿石常规破碎多阶段产品组合干式预选抛废、单一常规细碎产品干式或湿式预选抛废、常规破碎产品干式+高压辊磨机闭路辊压产品干式或湿式组合预选抛废、(半)自磨机或球磨机排矿中粗粒干式预选抛废、高压辊磨机闭路辊压产品干式或湿式预选抛废,②强弱磁性混合铁矿石常规细碎产品或高压辊磨机开路辊压产品湿式预选抛废、高压辊磨机闭路辊压产品湿式预选抛废,③弱磁性铁矿石(半)自磨机闭路磨矿粗粒产品湿式预选抛废、碎矿产品中块矿干式+高压辊磨机闭路辊压综合粉矿湿式再预选抛废、高压辊磨机闭路辊压产品湿式预选抛废,逐一分析了这些工艺的特点、适用范围、意义和风险,并对类似或相关工艺进行了纵向与横向比较和分析,以便促进各工艺与矿山需求精准对接,最后对铁矿石预选抛废工艺的应用提出了建议.
Abstract
Iron ore resource is the largest metal ore resource.It is a kind of ore resource with poor re-source endowment but abundant reserves in China,and it is highly dependent on import at present.Its self-sufficiency is related to national economic security.In order to guide the mining enterprises to learn from the existing research and practice results,and deal with a series of problems targetedly caused by the poor quali-ty of iron ore resources in this enterprise,such as low yield of iron concentrate,high unit consumption of wa-ter,electricity and steel balls,high production cost,complex process,high potential safety and environmen-tal protection risk of fine tailings disposal,according to the magnetic difference of ore,the latest research re-sults and production practice of high efficiency magnetic coarse particle pre-concentration and discarding of iron ore in China are classified and summarized.More than ten common high-efficiency discarding process-es or process combinations for three types of iron ore include:①thedry pre-selection and discardingofhigh in-tensity magnetic iron oreconventional crushing multi-stage products combination,the dry or wet pre-selec-tion and discarding of single conventional fine crushing products,theconventional crushing products dry + high-pressure roller mill closed-circuit rolling productsdry or wet combination pre-selection and discard-ing,the dry pre-selection and discarding of coarse particles in(semi-)self-grinding machine or ball mill dis-charge,the dry or wet pre-selection and discarding of high-pressure roller mill closed-circuit rolling prod-ucts;②the wet pre-selection and discarding ofhigh and low intensity magnetic mixed iron oreconventional fine crushingproducts or high pressure roller millopen-circuitrolling products,the wet pre-selection and dis-carding ofhigh pressure roller millclosed-circuitrolling products;③the wet pre-selection and discardingof-coarse-grained productsof low intensity magnetic iron orefrom(semi-)self-grinding mill closed-circuit grinding,lump ore in crushing ore productsdry+ high-pressure roller mill closed-circuit rolling comprehen-sive fine orewet re-preselection and discarding,the wet pre-selection and discarding of the high-pressure roller mill closed-circuit rolling products.The characteristics,application scope,significance and risks of above processes are analyzed one by one,and the vertical and horizontal comparison and analysis of similar or related processes are carried out,so as topromote the accurate docking of various processes with mine needs.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the application of iron ore pre-selection and discarding process.
