摘要

无底柱分段崩落法出矿进路端部矿石流动规律直接影响着矿石贫损指标.以某金属矿山为研究对象,设计了崩矿步距、分层高度、放矿截止品位3项变量的正交实验,采用PFC2D离散元分析方法构建了端部放矿仿真模型,分析了端部矿石放矿的流动规律,获得了采场结构参数对放矿贫损指标的作用机理.研究结果表明:①崩落采矿法中进路端部的靠壁残留体对矿石的回收具有重要意义;②崩矿步距与分层高度比值(d/H)直接决定靠壁残留体的形态和矿石贫损指标,且d/H为0.28时效果最优;③根据分段高度散点分布规律和最优d/H值,得到最优崩矿步距,通过优化铲运机出矿方式,可大幅降低矿石贫损指标.

Abstract

The ore flow law at the end of the ore route of the non-pillar sublevel caving method direct-ly affects the ore loss index.Taking a metal mine as the research object,the orthogonal experiment of three variables of caving step distance,stratification height and cut-off grade of ore drawing was designed.The simulation model of end ore drawing was constructed by PFC2D discrete element analysis method.The flow law of end ore drawing was analyzed,and the mechanism of stope structure parameters on ore drawing dilu-tion and loss index was obtained.The results show that:①In the caving mining method,the residual body at the end of the approach is of great significance to the recovery of ore.②The ratio of caving distance to stratifi-cation height(d/H)directly determines the shape of the wall residual body and the ore dilution and loss in-dex,and the effect is optimal when d/H is 0.28.③According to the distribution law of the scattered points of the subsection height and the optimal d/H ratio,the optimal caving step distance is obtained.By optimizing the mining method of the scraper,the ore dilution and loss index can be greatly reduced.
