铜绿山矿深部矿体厚度缩小,倾角变化大,矿岩稳固性变差,分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填法和上向分层充填法安全风险大,为此设计了分段空场嗣后充填采矿方案.分段空场嗣后充填采矿法中分段是指独立的回采单元,分段回采结束后,及时充填采空区.经工业试验,该方法矿石贫化率和损失率控制在8%以内,单采场生产能力达到223 t/d,采矿直接成本57.80元/t,相比上向水平分层充填法产能实现翻番,成本降低8.6%.
Abstract
The thickness of deep ore body in Tonglushan Mine is reduced,the dip angle changes greatly,and the stability of ore and rock becomes worse.The safety risk of sublevel drilling stage open-stope subsequent filling method and upward stratified filling method is high.Therefore,the sublevel open-stope subsequent filling mining scheme is designed.In the sublevel open stoping with subsequent filling mining method,the sublevel refers to an independent mining unit.After the sublevel stoping,the goaf is filled in time.Through industrial test,the ore dilution rate and loss rate of this method are controlled within 8%,the production capacity of single stope reaches 223 t/d,and the direct cost of mining is 57.80 yuan/t.Compared with the upward horizontal layered filling method,the production capacity is doubled,and the cost is re-duced by 8.6%.
