带压开采煤层底板破坏深度及承压水防治研究

摘要
煤矿底板承压水突水事故频发,严重威胁生产安全.以某煤矿带压开采工作面为背景,开展了带压开采煤层底板破坏深度及承压水防治研究与实践.采用经验公式及塑性解理论计算工作面底板最大破坏深度分别为12.78 m和17.65 m.底板破坏深度已经超过或接近底板隔水层的厚度,具有底板承压突水风险.由于底板承压含水层补给水源充沛,考虑治理成本及环境影响,采用底板局部注浆加固进行治理.
Abstract
Coal mine floor confined water inrush accidents occur frequently,which seriously threatens production safety.Based on the working face of a coal mine under pressure mining,the research and practice of the failure depth of coal seam floor and the prevention and control of confined water under pressure mining are carried out.The maximum failure depth of working face floor calculated by empirical formula and plastic solution theory is 12.78 m and 17.65 m respectively.The failure depth of the floor has exceeded or ap-proached the thickness of the floor aquiclude,which has the risk of floor pressure water inrush.The failure depth of the floor has exceeded or approached the thickness of the floor aquiclude,which has the risk of floor pressure water inrush.
