摘要

新疆某低磷高硫酸性铁精粉含硫超过1.4%,-0.075 mm占41.30%,硫在各粒级分布较均匀,铁主要以磁铁矿的形式存在,硫主要以磁黄铁矿的形式存在,磁黄铁矿单体和极富连生体占有率高达95.10%,未解离的磁黄铁矿主要与磁铁矿连生,较多粗粒磁黄铁矿单体的存在是造成铁精矿含硫较高的主要原因.为解决精矿含硫超标问题,进行了选矿试验研究,结果表明,试样在浓度为40%,活化剂硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜顺序添加,以丁基黄药+丁铵黑药(质量配比3∶1)为捕收剂,中矿再磨细度-38 μm 90%的条件下,采用1粗1精1扫反浮选流程选铁,最终获得铁品位67.06%、硫含量0.25%、铁回收率95.02%的低硫铁精矿,同时获得硫品位22.48%、回收率83.60%的硫精矿,该反浮选工艺具有显著的降硫效果.

Abstract

The sulfur content of a low phosphorus and high sulfuric acid iron concentrate in Xinjiang is more than 1.4%,and the-0.075 mm accounts for 41.30%.The sulfur is evenly distributed in each parti-cle size.Iron mainly exists in the form of magnetite,and sulfur mainly exists in the form of pyrrhotite.The share of pyrrhotite monomer and extremely rich intergrowth is as high as 95.10%.The undissociated pyrrho-tite is mainly associated with magnetite.The presence of more coarse-grained pyrrhotite monomers is the main reason for the high sulfur content of iron concentrate.In order to solve the problem of excessive sulfur content in concentrate,beneficiation test was carried out.The results show that under the conditions of 40%sample concentration,activator ferrous sulfate and copper sulfate added in sequence,butyl xanthate + am-monium butyl aerofloat(mass ratio 3∶1)as collector,middling regrinding fineness of-38 μm 90%,one roughing one cleaning one scavenging reverse flotation process is used for iron separation.Finally,a low-sulfur iron concentrate with iron grade of 67.06%,sulfur content of 0.25%and iron recovery of 95.02%is obtained,and a sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 22.48%and recovery of 83.60%is obtained.The re-verse flotation process has significant sulfur reduction effect.
