摘要

南京银茂铅锌矿业有限公司采用传统浮选工艺浮选铅锌,由于初始矿浆浓度低、浮选过程中泡沫冲泡水多、矿浆体积大,精矿品位与回收率指标不理想,且水、电、药耗高,操作稳定性差,现场提出并实践了新型高浓度高效铅锌选矿工艺.在矿石磨矿细度(-200目)为78%左右的情况下,选铅均采用1粗3精3扫、选锌均采用1粗2精3扫、中矿顺序返回流程,常规浓度浮选铅粗选初始浓度为30%,新型高浓度高效铅锌选矿工艺铅粗选初始浓度为50%~52%、选锌浓度为45%~47%,新工艺药剂用量减少约1/3,但铅精矿铅品位、锌精矿锌品位分别提高1.08、0.95个百分点,铅精矿铅回收率、锌精矿锌回收率分别提高5.11、4.35个百分点.新工艺不仅降低了药剂成本、减轻了环保压力、减少了浮选机运行数量和电耗,还提高了精矿品位和回收率,降本增效效果显著.

Abstract

Nanjing Yinmao Lead-Zinc Mining Co.,Ltd.adopts the traditional flotation process to float lead and zinc.Due to the low initial pulp concentration,much foam water in the flotation process,the large pulp volume,the concentrate grade and recovery rate are not ideal,and the water,electricity and drug con-sumption are high,and the operation stability is poor.A new high concentration and high efficiency lead-zinc beneficiation process was proposed and practiced on site.When the ore grinding fineness(-200 mesh)was about 78%,one roughing,three cleaning and three scavenging are used for lead separation.One rough-ing,two cleaning and three scavenging,the middle ore returning in sequence are used for zinc separation.The initial concentration of lead roughing in conventional concentration flotation is 30%.The initial concen-tration of lead roughing in the new high concentration and high efficiency lead-zinc beneficiation process is 50%~52%,and the concentration of zinc is 45%~47%.The dosage of the new process agent is reduced by about 1/3,but the lead grade of the lead concentrate and the zinc grade of the zinc concentrate are increased by 1.08 and 0.95 percentage points respectively,and the lead recovery rate of the lead concentrate and the zinc recovery rate of the zinc concentrate are increased by 5.11 and 4.35 percentage points respectively.The new process not only reduces the cost of reagents,reduces the pressure of environmental protection,reduc-es the number of flotation machines and power consumption,but also improves the concentrate grade and re-covery rate,and the effect of cost reduction and efficiency increase is remarkable.
