摘要

国外某大型斑岩型铜矿表层矿石不仅存在较大品位差异,而且存在铜矿物嵌布粒度和含泥量差异,总体来说品位较低的矿石铜矿物嵌布粒度较细、含泥量较高,矿石较难选.为了获得较稳定合格的铜精矿,对4种有代表性矿样和3种配矿样进行了选矿试验研究.结果表明:①较高品位的铜矿石即使二段磨矿细度较粗,仍能获得较高品位铜精矿;较低品位的铜矿石即使二段磨矿细度较细,仍难获得合格品位的铜精矿.②在相同磨矿细度下,品位较高矿石占比大的配矿样对应的铜精矿品位和回收率较高,品位较高矿石占比50%情况下的配矿样对应的铜精矿品位和回收率较低.③矿石在一段磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占64%情况下3次铜硫混合粗选、混合粗精矿二段磨矿细度为-0.045 mm占86%情况下1粗2精2扫铜硫分离,可获得铜品位26.18%、铜回收率89.54%的铜精矿,硫品位为26.79%、硫回收率为82.68%的硫精矿,试验指标理想.因此,合理配矿是保证精矿品质达标的关键.

Abstract

There are not only large grade differences in the surface ore of a large porphyry copper mine abroad,but also differences in the disseminated particle size and mud content of copper minerals.In gener-al,the copper minerals with lower grade have finer dissemination size and higher mud content,and the ore is more difficult to select.In order to obtain a more stable and qualified copper concentrate,four representa-tive ore samples and three ore blending samples were studied.The results show that:①Higher grade copper ore can still obtain higher grade copper concentrate even if the second stage grinding fineness is coarse.It is still difficult to obtain qualified grade copper concentrate even if the second stage grinding fineness of lower grade copper ore is fine.②Under the same grinding fineness,the copper concentrate grade and recovery rate corresponding to the ore blending samples with higher grade ore proportion are higher,and the copper concentrate grade and recovery rate corresponding to the ore blending samples with higher grade ore propor-tion of 50%are lower.③In the case of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 64%,the ore is subjected to three times of copper-sulfur mixed roughing,and the mixed rough concentrate is subjected to one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging copper-sulfur separation at grinding fineness of-0.045 mm 86%.The copper concentrate with copper grade of 26.18%and copper recovery of 89.54%,and the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 26.79%and sulfur recovery of 82.68%can be obtained.The test index is ideal.Therefore,reasonable ore blending is the key to ensure the quality of concentrate.
