湖北某铁矿石的工艺矿物学研究

摘要
随着鄂东某矽卡岩型铁矿床开采深度的增加,矿石性质发生了较大变化,为使选矿工艺更好地适应矿石性质的变化,对有代表性矿石开展了工艺矿物学研究.结果表明:①矿石中主要金属矿物为磁铁矿,黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、黄铜矿、闪锌矿少量;脉石矿物主要为透辉石、金云母、方解石及斜长石等.矿石的结构为半自形—他形晶粒状结构和固溶体分离结构;构造以块状构造、浸染状构造为主.②矿石中磁铁矿的颗粒较粗,以+150 μm为主,黄铁矿、黄铜矿、磁黄铁矿粒径均较细,黄铁矿与黄铜矿相当,磁黄铁矿尤其细.③矿石碎至1~0 mm情况下,磁铁矿主要与金云母、透辉石连生,黄铁矿主要与磁铁矿、方解石连生;黄铜矿主要与磁铁矿、石英连生;磁黄铁矿主要与磁铁矿连生;闪锌矿主要与黄铜矿、磁铁矿连生.④矿石中的铁主要赋存在磁铁矿中,铜主要赋存在黄铜矿中,硫主要赋存在黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿中,通过铜硫混浮再分离、浮选尾矿弱磁选工艺可以得到铜精矿、硫精矿及铁精矿.
Abstract
With the increase of mining depth of a skarn-type iron deposit in eastern Hubei,the ore properties have changed greatly.In order to make the beneficiation process better adapt to the change of ore properties,the process mineralogy of representative ore was studied.The results show that:①The main met-al minerals in the ore are magnetite,with a small amount of pyrite,pyrrhotite,chalcopyrite and sphalerite.Gangue minerals are mainly diopside,phlogopite,calcite and plagioclase.The structure of the ore is semi-automorphic-allotriomorphic grain structure and solid solution separation structure;the structure is mainly composed of massive structure and disseminated structure.②The magnetite particles in the ore are coarse,mainly +150 μm,and the particle sizes of pyrite,chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite are fine.Pyrite is equivalent to chalcopyrite,and pyrrhotite is especially fine.③When the ore is crushed to 1~0 mm,magnetite is mainly associated with phlogopite and diopside,and pyrite is mainly associated with magnetite and calcite.Chalco-pyrite is mainly associated with magnetite and quartz;pyrrhotite is mainly associated with magnetite;sphal-erite is mainly associated with chalcopyrite and magnetite.④Iron in the ore mainly occurs in magnetite,cop-per mainly occurs in chalcopyrite,and sulfur mainly occurs in pyrite and pyrrhotite.Copper concentrate,sulfur concentrate and iron concentrate can be obtained by copper-sulfur bulk flotation and low intensity magnetic separation of flotation tailings.
