摘要
攀西某大型排土场废石资源TFe、TiO2品位分别达14.25%和5.83%,主要有用矿物为钛磁铁矿和钛铁矿.为提高资源的利用率、解决矿山资源保有量快速下降问题,对有代表性废石进行了综合利用产业化研究.结果表明,废石在破碎至-70 mm、筒式干式磁选机磁场强度398.09 kA/m、筒体转速32 r/min的情况下,可抛出近30%的低铁钛废石,钛磁铁矿和钛铁矿得到了有效的富集;干抛粗精矿经三段磨矿、弱磁选可获得最终铁精矿;选铁作业总尾矿经强磁选预富集、闭路磨矿、弱磁选除铁、螺旋溜槽重选、反浮选脱硫等工艺流程处理可获得最终钛精矿;干抛后的低铁钛废石可部分外销,其余采用汽车+推土机联合作业工艺堆存在排土场固定渣场;回收铁钛后的细粒尾矿采用分级+浓缩+压滤工艺处理,粗砂作为建材骨料外销,细尾经压滤后进行干堆,回水返回铁钛磨选作业.现场废石资源经过产业化工艺处理,一方面提高了矿产资源的综合利用率,另一方面较好地实现了大宗固废的资源化、减量化、无害化处理,经济与社会价值巨大.
Abstract
The grade of TFe and TiO2 of waste rock resources in a large dump in Panxi reaches 14.25%and 5.83%respectively,and the main useful minerals are titanomagnetite and ilmenite.In order to improve the utilization rate of resources and solve the problem of rapid decline in mine resources,the indus-trialization of comprehensive utilization of representative waste rock was studied.The results show that when the waste rock is crushed to-70 mm,the magnetic field strength of the drum dry magnetic separator is 398.09 kA/m,and the drum speed is 32 r/min,nearly 30%of the low iron titanium waste rock can be thrown out,and the titanomagnetite and ilmenite are effectively enriched.The final iron concentrate can be obtained by three-stage grinding and low intensity magnetic separation of dry discarding coarse concentrate.The final titanium concentrate can be obtained from the total tailings of iron separation by the process of pre-concentration by high intensity magnetic separation,closed circuit grinding,iron removal by low intensity magnetic separation,gravity separation by spiral chute and desulfurization by reverse flotation.The low iron titanium waste rock after dry throwing can be partially exported,and the rest is stored in the fixed slag yard of the dump by the combined operation process of automobile + bulldozer.The fine tailings after recovering iron and titanium are treated by grading + concentration + pressure filtration process.Coarse sand is export-ed as building material aggregate.The fine tailings are dry-stacked after pressure filtration,and the return water is returned to the iron-titanium grinding operation.The on-site waste rock resources are treated by in-dustrial process,on the one hand,the comprehensive utilization rate of mineral resources has been im-proved,on the other hand,the recycling,reduction and harmless treatment of bulk solid waste have been re-alized,which has great economic and social value.
