基于激光扫描技术的溜井垮塌探测及安全措施研究

矿山溜井在长期的使用过程中,受到矿石的冲击易发生坍塌,给矿山造成巨大的经济损失.以罗河铁矿主溜井为研究对象,采用了BLSS-PE空区三维激光探测扫描系统进行现场探测.通过高精度的溜井点云原始数据和三维实体模型分析垮塌区域,量化垮塌范围;构建精确的数值计算模型,利用FLAC3D软件进行模拟计算.通过对水平断面与垂直剖面的分析,确定了溜井的严重垮塌区域,计算了坍塌量,并根据模拟计算结果,提出了相应的应对措施.本研究为矿山溜井问题的解决提供了参考.
Abstract
In the long-term use of mine chute,it is easy to collapse under the impact of ore,which causes huge economic losses to the mine.Taking the main chute of Luohe Iron Mine as the research object,the BLSS-PE cavity three-dimensional laser detection scanning system was used for on-site detection.Through high-precision chute point cloud raw data and three-dimensional solid model analysis of the col-lapse area,quantify the scope of the collapse.An accurate numerical calculation model is constructed and simulated by FLAC3D software.Through the analysis of the horizontal section and vertical section,the serious collapse area of the chute is determined,and the collapse amount is calculated.According to the simulation calculation results,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This study provides a reference for solving the problem of mine chute.
