摘要
为了避免提升机尾绳断裂事故的再次发生,从电机故障、外力作用、断点、钢丝绳强度等级以及钢丝绳受力等方面进行分析,对尾绳断裂原因进行了摸排.明确了尾绳弯曲处的钢丝绳磨损、锈蚀、强度降低是尾绳断裂的主要因素.针对可能引起钢丝绳断裂的主要因素,提出了对尾绳重点位置加强检查、采取尾绳防锈蚀措施、调低罐笼减速度以及提升尾绳强度等级等防范措施,对降低提升机尾绳断裂事故发生概率、延长尾绳使用寿命具有参考价值.
Abstract
In order to avoid the recurrence of the accident of the tail rope broken of the hoist,the causes of the tail rope broken are analyzed from the aspects of motor failure,external force,breakpoint,strength grade of the wire rope and force of the wire rope.It is clear that the wear,corrosion and strength re-duction of the wire rope at the bending of the tail rope are the main factors for the broken of the tail rope.In view of the main factors that may cause the broken of the wire rope,the preventive measures such as strength-ening the inspection of the key position of the tail rope,taking the anti-rust measures of the tail rope,reduc-ing the deceleration of the cage and improving the strength grade of the tail rope are put forward,which has reference value for reducing the probability of the tail rope broken accident of the hoist and prolonging the service life of the tail rope.
