摘要
松散覆岩充填体下残留矿柱的回采面临着顶板安全问题.为了保障矿柱回采过程中顶板的稳固性,提出利用注浆加固松散覆岩使之形成整体,提升整体稳定性与承载性.研究松散覆岩胶结体与围岩的力学特征、注浆工艺与注浆参数对固结效果的影响,并进行工业试验验证.结果表明:采用注浆固结松散覆岩,其稳固性增强明显,能满足矿柱开采需求,研究成果对相似散体碎石固结控制有指导价值.
Abstract
The mining of residual pillars under loose overburden filling body is faced with roof safety problems.In order to ensure the stability of the roof in the process of pillar mining,it is proposed to use grouting to reinforce the loose overburden to form a whole,so as to improve the overall stability and bearing capacity.The mechanical characteristics of loose overburden cementation and surrounding rock,the influ-ence of grouting process and grouting parameters on consolidation effect were studied,and the industrial test was carried out.The results show that the stability of loose overburden is obviously enhanced by grouting consolidation,which can meet the needs of pillar mining.The research results have guiding value for the consolidation control of similar granular gravel.
