白象山选矿厂中碎产品(35~0 mm)中可供回收的有价成分为铁,磁性铁分布率达80.73%,磁滑轮干抛废石全铁及磁性铁品位均较高,干抛效果较差,资源浪费严重.为解决该问题,进行了实验室抛废工艺优化研究.结果表明,现场中碎产品全粒级干式预选(磁场强度318.47 kA/m、带速为0.83 m/s)抛废产率为8.49%、废石磁性铁品位为2.56%,显著优于现场生产指标,但仍意味着进入高压辊磨机的新给料量非常大;现场中碎产品采用先筛分分级(筛孔宽5mm)再粗细分别抛废、块精矿进入高压辊磨机辊压、辊压产品返回筛分的闭路流程处理,可抛出产率9.92%、全铁品位8.70%、全铁损失率2.69%的块废石(35~5 mm),产率27.00%、全铁品位11.50%、全铁损失率9.69%的粉尾矿(5~0 mm),获得产率63.08%、全铁品位44.50%、全铁回收率87.62%的粉精矿(5~0 mm),达到了较好的能抛早抛、节能降耗效果.
Abstract
The valuable component that can be recovered in the intermediate crushing products(35~0 mm)of Baixiangshan concentrator is iron,and the distribution rate of magnetic iron is 80.73%.The total iron and magnetic iron grade of the magnetic pulley dry discarding waste rock are high,the dry discarding ef-fect is poor,and the waste of resources is serious.In order to solve this problem,the optimization of laborato-ry waste disposal process was studied.The results show that the discarding waste rate of full-size dry pre-concentration(magnetic field intensity 318.47 kA/m,belt speed 0.83 m/s)of the intermediate crushing product in the field is 8.49%,and the magnetic iron grade of waste rock is 2.56%,which is significantly bet-ter than the on-site production index,but it still means that the new feed into the high-pressure roller mill is very large.The on-site intermediate crushing products are treated by a closed-circuit process of first screening and grading(sieve hole width 5 mm)and then discarding the coarse and fine respectively,the lump concentrate is rolled into the high-pressure roller mill,and the rolled products are returned to the screening.The waste rock(35~5 mm)with yield of 9.92%,total iron grade of 8.70%and total iron loss rate of 2.69%can be thrown out,and the powder tailings(5~0 mm)with yield of 27.00%,total iron grade of 11.50%and total iron loss rate of 9.69%can be obtained.The powder concentrate(5~0 mm)with yield of 63.08%,total iron grade of 44.50%and total iron recovery rate of 87.62%can be obtained,which can achieve better effects of early throwing and energy saving and consumption reduction.
