摘要

某大型露天铁矿选矿厂采用阶段磨矿、粗细分级、重选—强磁选—阴离子反浮选流程,铁精矿SiO2含量超过6.5%,主要与综合精矿的重要分支——重选精矿SiO2含量在8%~9%有关,铁精矿硅含量超标不仅精矿品质不能满足客户要求,更重要的是影响铁精矿的正常销售和生产的顺利进行.为解决目前的精矿硅超标问题,对重选精矿分别进行了磁选机精选和淘洗机精选试验.结果表明,现场重选精矿样(铁品位62.04%)的磁选机弱磁选(143.31 kA/m)虽然能提铁降硅,但存在严重的铁流失问题;现场重选精矿经过淘洗机精选,精矿铁品位显著提高,尾矿铁品位显著低于磁选机精选尾矿.现场实施重选精矿淘洗机精选后,综合精矿铁品位提高到66%以上,较改造前提升0.5个百分点以上,综合精矿SiO2含量降至6.2%左右,能够满足客户需求.

Abstract

A large open-pit iron ore dressing plant adopts stage grinding,coarse and fine classifica-tion,gravity separation-high intensity magnetic separation-anionic reverse flotation process.The SiO2 con-tent of iron concentrate is more than 6.5%,which is mainly related to an important branch of comprehensive concentrate,the SiO2 content in gravity concentrate of 8%~9%.Excessive silicon content in iron concen-trate not only cannot meet the requirements of customers,but also affects the normal sales and smooth pro-duction of iron concentrate.In order to solve the problem of excessive silicon in concentrate,the magnetic separator cleaning and elutriation machine cleaning tests were carried out on the gravity concentrate.The re-sults show that the low intensity magnetic separation(143.31 kA/m)of the magnetic separator of the on-site gravity separation concentrate sample(iron grade 62.04%)can increase iron and reduce silicon,but there is a serious iron loss problem.The on-site gravity concentrate sample was cleaned by the elutriation machine,and the iron grade of the concentrate was significantly improved,and the iron grade of the tailings was signifi-cantly lower than that of the magnetic separator cleaning tailings.After on-site implementation of gravity concentrate elutriation machine cleaning,the iron grade of the comprehensive concentrate was increased to more than 66%,which was more than 0.5 percentage points higher than that before the transformation,and the SiO2 content of the comprehensive concentrate was reduced to about 6.2%,which can meet the needs of customers.
