三氯化钛还原—重铬酸钾滴定法测定全铁含量研究

为了快速准确测定铁矿石的全铁含量,针对生产测定中的有关问题,进行了条件试验.得到了适宜的试验条件,确定了盐酸-二氯化锡分解试样,在最佳温度条件下控制样品溶解时间,使试样分解完全而且不挥发,加入还原剂使试样中的铁全部变成二价铁,在最佳酸度范围内加入一定量的指示剂重铬酸钾标准滴定溶液,从而测定全铁含量;测定结果的相对标准偏差小于0.35%.三氯化钛还原—重铬酸钾滴定法具有快速、操作简便等特点,满足生产分析要求.
Abstract
In order to determine the total iron content of iron ore quickly and accurately,the condition test was carried out for the related problems in production determination.The suitable test conditions were ob-tained,and the decomposition sample of hydrochloric acid-tin dichloride was determined.Under the opti-mum temperature conditions,the dissolution time of the sample was controlled to make the sample decom-posed completely and non-volatile,and the iron in the sample was completely transformed into divalent iron by adding reducing agent.A certain amount of indicator potassium dichromate standard titration solution was added in the optimum acidity range to determine the total iron content.The relative standard deviation of de-termination results was less than 0.35%.The titanium trichloride reduction-potassium dichromate titration method has the characteristics of fast and simple operation,which meets the requirements of production analysis.
