摘要

金的化验分析方法种类繁多,有的程序复杂、操作不便,有的流程简单,但适应性不强.为了交流工作心得,促进相关实用技术的进步,从自身实践出发介绍了化验室的分析步骤:样品加工、样品称量、高温焙烧、样品溶解、泡塑富集、硫脲解脱、原子吸收检测,并着重指出取样方式、样品加工、高温焙烧、样品溶解、人员操作等是影响化验分析精度的关键因素,严格按规范执行是确保矿石金品位分析结果准确的根本保证.

Abstract

There are many kinds of gold analysis methods.Some procedures are complex and inconve-nient to operate.Some processes are simple,but the adaptability is not strong.In order to exchange work ex-perience and promote the progress of related practical technology,this paper introduces the analysis steps of laboratory from its own practice:sample processing,sample weighing,high temperature roasting,sample dissolution,foam plastic enrichment,thiourea release,atomic absorption detection.It is pointed out that sampling method,sample processing,high temperature roasting,sample dissolution and personnel opera-tion are the key factors affecting the accuracy of laboratory analysis.Strict implementation according to the standard is the fundamental guarantee to ensure the accuracy of ore gold grade analysis results.
