某低品位钒钛磁铁矿钛资源回收利用技术研究及应用

某低品位钒钛磁铁矿为综合回收其粗粒磁选尾矿中的钛资源,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了钛回收工艺试验研究.试验结果表明:原矿通过分级—一段强磁选—磨矿弱磁除铁—二段强磁选—浮选工艺可得到TiO2品位47.26%、TiO2回收率19.34%的钛精矿,选别指标较好;工业应用结果表明,一段强磁精矿回收量为290 550 t,TiO2平均品位为11.31%,高于选矿车间选钛入选原料质量要求,每年可增加利润3 146 万元,经济效益和社会效益显著.
Research and Application of Titanium Resource Recovery and Utilization Technology for a Low-grade Vanadium-titanium Magnetite
In order to comprehensively recover titanium resources from the coarse magnetic separation tailings of a low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite ore,an experimental study on titanium recovery pro-cess was carried out based on the study of ore properties.The test results show that the ilmenite concentrate with TiO2 grade of 47.26%and TiO2 recovery of 19.34%can be obtained by the process of classification-one stage high intensity magnetic separation-grinding and low intensity magnetic separation iron removal-two stage high intensity magnetic separation-flotation,and the separation index is good.The industrial applica-tion results show that the recovery of one stage high intensity magnetic concentrate is 290 550 t,and the av-erage grade of TiO2 is 11.31%,which is higher than the quality requirements of the raw materials for titani-um separation in the beneficiation workshop.The annual profit can be increased by 31.46 million yuan,and the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
