山东金岭铁矿选矿厂为了保证过滤系统平稳可靠安全运行,对现有过滤系统进行了全面研究与分析,采用SIMENS的S7-300系列PLC对系统进行了硬件和软件设计.系统应用后,实现了过滤系统集中远程控制及设备联锁"双保护",提高了设备运行的可靠性;自动化系统可对设备运行参数进行实时分析,设备存在异常情况可及时发出警报,情况严重时会自动停机,避免了设备故障扩大化.
Abstract
In order to ensure the stable,reliable and safe operation of the filtration system,the exist-ing filtration system of Jinling iron ore Concentrator in Shandong Province was comprehensively studied and analyzed.The hardware and software of the filtration centralized control system are designed by using SI-MENS S7-300 series PLC.After the application of the system,the centralized remote control of the filtration system and the"double protection"of the equipment interlock are realized,and the reliability of the equip-ment operation is improved.The automation system can analyze the operating parameters of the equipment in real time.If there are abnormal conditions in the equipment,an alarm can be issued in time.When the situa-tion is serious,the equipment will automatically stop,which avoids the expansion of equipment failure.
