郭屯煤矿辅助运输系统优化设计

郭屯煤矿地质条件复杂,建井周期较长,具有复杂的辅助运输系统.为了优化郭屯矿辅助运输系统,采用单轨吊运输系统与井下智能监控设备相结合的方法,对郭屯矿辅助运输系统进行优化.结果表明,优化后的辅助运输系统实现了单轨吊采区网络化"无地轨运输",提高了运输效率;通过单轨吊机车全过程点到点无人化驾驶、遥控驾驶、运输车辆精准定位、整车控制系统、电控系统、监控保护系统、智能物流化管理系统,实现智能车辆精准定位、车辆智能调度、车辆信息管理、地面调度视频监视等功能,提高了运输效率、减小劳动强度,取得了减员、提效、保安的效果,为类似矿井提供参考依据.
Optimization Design of Auxiliary Transportation System in Guotun Coal Mine
Guotun Coal Mine has complex geological conditions,long well construction period,and complex auxiliary transportation system.In order to optimize the auxiliary transportation system of Guotun Mine,the method of combining the monorail crane transportation system and underground intelligent moni-toring equipment was used to optimize the auxiliary transportation system of Guotun Mine.The results show that the optimized auxiliary transportation system realizes the networked"non-ground rail transportation"in the monorail hoisting area,which improves the transportation efficiency,and realizes the functions of intelli-gent vehicle accurate positioning,vehicle intelligent scheduling,vehicle information management,ground dispatching video monitoring and other functions through the whole process of monorail crane locomotive point-to-point unmanned driving,remote control driving,precise positioning of transport vehicles,vehicle control system,electronic control system,monitoring and protection system,and intelligent logistics man-agement system.It has improved the transportation efficiency,reduced the labor intensity,achieved the ef-fects of reducing personnel,improving efficiency and security,providing a reference for similar mines.
