摘要
为了实现冶金矿山数据融合共享和智能化应用高质量发展,针对智能矿山建设过程中存在的数据互联互通不够、数据孤岛现象明显等问题,结合太钢矿山数据治理及管控平台的建设实践情况,从数据治理的管理体系建设、系统能力建设与应用能力建设3个方面进行了探索性研究.研究得出:冶金智能矿山建设需要运用先进的数据治理理念和数据安全管理思维,建立统一的数据治理及管控平台,通过数据的集成,利用信息化手段进行数据分析,深入挖掘内在联系,以此推动管理变革,以提升矿山管理水平,实现技术与管理的融合.
Abstract
In order to realize the high-quality development of data fusion sharing and intelligent appli-cation in metallurgical mines,aiming at the problems of insufficient data interconnection and obvious data island in the process of intelligent mine construction,combined with the construction practice of mine data management and control platform in TISCO,exploratory research was carried out from three aspects:man-agement system construction,system capacity construction and application capacity construction of data management.The results show that the construction of metallurgical intelligent mines needs to use advanced data governance concepts and data security management thinking to establish a unified data governance and control platform.Through data integration,data analysis is carried out by means of information technology,and internal relations are deeply explored,so as to promote management reform,improve mine management level and realize the integration of technology and management.
