3D Laser Scanning and Stability Analysis of the Liguanji Iron Mine Chute
The chute is the main channel for transporting ore,and fine survey of the interior of the chute is an important step in evaluating its health. In order to assess the damage to the interior wall of the chute in the 8#mining area of the 0m section of Liguanji Iron Mine,a Yimushen HM100 3D laser scanner was used to scan and measure the chute.Point cloud data collection and processing, model building, result analysis, and evaluation of the health of the chute were carried out.Furthermore, the stability analysis of the chute under self-weight stress and ground stress was conducted through the Rhino-Flac3D coupling model-ing and analysis method. Finally, based on the analysis results, practical management and repair measures for the chute were proposed. The results showed that the chute was relatively stable under self-weight stress and ground stress, and the main cause of damage to the chute wall was the wear and tear caused by the im-pact of ore discharge during the mining process, which can provide a basis for the safe operation of the chute in Liguanji Iron Mine.
