为解决上向进路充填采矿法进路充填接顶工艺要求高、难度大、成本高等问题,对进路布置方式及充填组织进行优化.通过各条回采进路下坡施工,在回采进路迎头处挑顶形成放砂硐室,同时在回采进路入口处挑顶并架设上部敞口式的充填挡墙;回采进路接顶充填时,利用回采进路顶板的自然坡度及充填管道内的料浆压力实现充填接顶,对于局部不平整顶板区域,则利用充填管道振动实现局部接顶.新方案接顶情况观察方便、工艺简单、成本低廉、充填挡墙要求较低且安全性好,便于推广应用.
Optimization of Roof Connection Scheme of Upward Drift Filling Mining Method
In order to solve the problems of high requirements,difficulty and high cost of the approach filling and roof connection technology of the upward drift filling mining method,the route layout and filling structure were optimized.Through the downhill construction of each stoping road,the sand chamber is formed at the head of the stoping road,and the upper open filling retaining wall is set up at the entrance of the stoping road.When the stoping road is connected to the top filling,the natural slope of the top plate of the stoping road and the slurry pressure in the filling pipeline are used to achieve the roof connection filling.For the local uneven roof area,the vibration of the filling pipeline is used to achieve the local roof connec-tion filling.The roof connection of new scheme is convenient to observe,the process is simple,the cost is low,the filling retaining wall is low and the safety is good,so it is easy to popularize and apply.
