厚度突变煤层采动围岩应力显现及岩移规律研究

为研究煤岩层厚度突变条件下采动围岩应力显现及岩层移动规律,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对平煤十矿己 15.16-24110工作面煤厚和倾角突变影响区域进行建模,模拟赋存条件突变煤体在采动影响下围岩位移和应力显现规律,进而分析顶底板失稳产生的原因及规律.结果表明,随着开采深入,卸压区和应力集中范围变大;在煤层突变的位置,煤层工作面煤壁及围岩出现卸压区影响范围突然扩大,顶板卸压范围变大,形成"双驼峰"状,煤壁的应力集中系数增加明显;煤厚突变区域上覆及下伏岩层应力显现和岩移量均明显高于其他区域,说明该区域易蓄积能量,成为动力灾害及岩层失稳频发区域.
Research on Stress Appearance and Rock Movement Law of Surrounding Rock in Coal Seam Min-ing with Sudden Change in Thickness
In order to study the stress of mining surrounding rock and the law of strata movement un-der the condition of sudden change in thickness of coal seam,the FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to establish a coal-rock mass model with sudden change of coal seam thickness and angle in the work-ing face of Pingmei Ten Mine No.15.16-24110.The displacement and stress of surrounding rock under the in-fluence of mining are simulated,and the causes and rules of roof and floor instability are analyzed.The re-sults show that,with the deepening of mining,the pressure relief area and stress concentration range be-come larger.At the position of sudden change coal seam,the influence range of the pressure relief area on the coal wall and surrounding rock of the coal seam working face suddenly expands,the roof pressure relief range becomes larger,forming a"double hump"shape,and the stress concentration coefficient of the coal wall increases significantly.The stress behavior and rock displacement of the overlying and underlying strata in the area of abrupt change in coal thickness are significantly higher than those in other areas,indicating that this area is prone to accumulate energy and becomes a frequent area of dynamic disasters and rock insta-bility.
