Experiment on Reverse Flotation Effect of Anqian Mixed Magnetic Concentrate Enhanced by HYIC Collector
In order to optimize the reverse flotation effect in the separation process,the flotation test was carried out on the mixed magnetic concentrate entering the flotation in Anqian concentrator.The dosage of inhibitor,activator and collector,and the flotation effect comparison test of conventional collector TD-Ⅱ and new collector HYIC were carried out.The test results show that when the pulp pH value is 11.5,the dos-age of inhibitor starch is 1 200 g/t,the dosage of activator CaO is 500 g/t,the dosage of roughing collector is 800 g/t,the dosage of cleaning collector is 300 g/t,and the conventional collector TD-Ⅱ was used,the sepa-ration index of concentrate with iron grade of 68.20%and iron recovery of 88.73%was obtained by closed-circuit test.When the new collector HYIC was used,the iron concentrate with iron grade of 68.25%and iron recovery of 90.04%was obtained by closed-circuit test.The flotation concentrate yield,iron grade and iron recovery obtained by using collector HYIC are 0.91,0.05 and 1.31 percentage points higher than those ob-tained by using collector TD-Ⅱ.The collector HYIC can strengthen the reverse flotation effect and improve the economic benefits of the plant.
