某铁矿石工艺矿物学研究

为给国内某铁矿石的开发利用提供指导依据,对其进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究.研究结果表明:某铁矿中的主要有用铁矿物为菱铁矿,其次为赤铁矿,含量分别为29.59%和22.78%;主要脉石矿物为石英,含量13.72%,其次为碳酸盐类矿物方解石、白云石,含量分别为7.27%,12.51%,其他脉石矿物含量较少;矿石构造主要有块状构造和斑状构造,矿石结构主要有粒状结构、斑状结构、交代残余结构、脉状结构、磷片状结构和网状结构.菱铁矿主要呈自形、半自形粒状,与方解石、石英紧密共生,赤铁矿主要以原生矿和假象矿的形式存在;矿石有用铁矿物菱铁矿的工艺粒度呈粗粒分布,在+0.07 mm粒级的分布率达53.78%,赤铁矿结晶粒度则较细,在+0.07 mm粒级的分布率为38.71%.
Study on Process Mineralogy of an Iron Ore
In order to provide guidance basisfor the development and utilization of an iron ore in Chi-na,a detailed process mineralogy study was carried out.The results show that the main useful iron minerals in an iron ore are siderite,followed by hematite,with the content of 29.59%and 22.78%,respectively.The main gangue minerals are quartz,with the content of 13.72%,followed by carbonate minerals calcite and dolomite,with the content of 7.27%and 12.51%,respectively,and the contents of other gangue minerals are less.The ore texture mainly includes massive structure and porphyritic structure.The ore structure main-ly includes granular structure,porphyritic structure,metasomatic residual structure,vein structure,phos-phorus flake structure and network structure.The siderite is mainly euhedral and semi-euhedral granular,which is closely associated with calcite and quartz.The hematite mainly exists in the form of primary ore and pseudomorphic ore.The process particle size of the useful iron mineral siderite in the ore is coarse-grained distribution,the distribution rate ofthe +0.07 mm fraction is 53.78%,while the hematite crystal size is fin-er,the distribution rate of the +0.07 mm fraction is 38.71%.
