锡铁山铅锌矿X射线智能分选试验研究及应用

锡铁山铅锌矿为了确定经济合理的抛废率,针对原矿开展了X射线智能分选试验研究.试验结果表明:锡铁山铅锌矿利用X射线预先分选,技术上可行;当原矿粒度为10~65 mm时,分选效果最佳,抛废率为41.91%时,预选尾矿中的铅、锌品位均在0.10%以内,硫品位为0.63%,铅、锌、硫精矿作业回收率分别为99.23%,99.09%,97.54%.在该试验研究的基础上,现场实施了半自磨顽石X射线预先抛废技术改造,顽石抛废率达40%以上,废石铅+锌品位在0.25%以内,选矿厂各项选矿生产指标均有所提升.
Test Research and Application of X-ray Intelligent Separation in Xitieshan Lead-zinc Mine
In order to determine the economic and reasonable discarding rate of Xitieshan Lead-zinc Mine,the X-ray intelligent separation test was carried out for the raw ore.The test results show that it is technically feasible to use X-ray pre-separation in Xitieshan Lead-zinc Mine.When the particle size of the raw ore is 10~65 mm,the separation effect is the best.When the discarding rate is 41.91%,the grade of lead and zinc in the pre-selected tailings is within 0.10%,and the sulfur grade is 0.63%.The recovery rates of lead,zinc and sulfur concentrate are 99.23%,99.09%and 97.54%,respectively.On the basis of the experimental study,the X-ray pre-discarding technical transformation of semi-autogenous mill refrac-tory stone was carried out on site.The discarding rate of refractory stone is more than 40%,the grade of lead + zinc in waste stone is less than 0.25%,and the production indexes of mineral processing plant are improved.
