Study on Mineralogy Influencing Factors of Copper-lead Separation of Concentrator Containing Copper and Lead in Inner Mongolia
In order to make efficient use of concentrate containing copper and lead from a concentrator in Inner Mongolia, the process mineralogy of concentrate containing copper and lead was studied in detail by means of chemical multi-element analysis, copper phase analysis, optical microscope,MLA and other analytical methods. The results show that the contents of lead and copper in the concentrate containing cop-per and lead are 72.58%and 0.81%,respectively.The mineral composition is mainly galena, with a small amount of sphalerite, pyrite, chalcopyrite and other minerals. The dissemination size of galena and chalco-pyrite is mainly in the range of 0.01~0.10 mm,which belongs to the category of fine-grained dissemination. The proportion of monomer + rich coenobium in galena and chalcopyrite is 97.14%and 86.23%,respective-ly,and the dissociation situation is good.Under the reasonable beneficiation process conditions, the separa-tion and enrichment of copper and lead can be effectively realized.
