为验证纳米复合陶瓷球应用于高硅、高硬度铁矿石的可行性,以马钢张庄矿二段球磨给矿为原料,开展了不同粒级陶瓷球配比试验、全陶瓷球及陶瓷球+钢球试验、球磨机浓度及充填率等工艺条件试验.试验结果表明:在陶瓷球ϕ30 mm、ϕ25 mm、ϕ20 mm配比为20%∶60%∶20%、充填率为40%、球磨浓度为70%的条件下,陶瓷球、陶瓷球+钢球磨矿产品粒度分布中-0.023 mm含量下降幅度分别达 31.98%,21.29%,试验室条件下的陶瓷球或陶瓷球+钢球磨产品粒度分布中能有效减少过磨粒级的产生,降低球磨机电耗,可使用陶瓷球替代钢球进行工业生产.
Application of Nano-composite Ceramic Balls in High-silicon Refractory Iron Ore of Zhangzhuang Mine
In order to verify the feasibility of applying nano-composite ceramic balls to high-silicon and high-hardness iron ore,taking the second-stage ball milling feed of Masteel Zhangzhuang Mine as the raw material,the ratio test of different grain size ceramic balls,the test of all ceramic balls and ceramic balls + steel balls,the test of ball mill concentration and filling rate were carried out.The experimental re-sults show that under the condition of ceramic ballϕ30 mm、ϕ25 mm、ϕ20 mm ratio of 20%∶60%∶20%,fill-ing rate of 40%and ball milling concentration of 70%,the content of-0.023 mm in the particle size distribu-tion of ceramic ball and ceramic ball + steel ball milling products decreases by 31.98%and 21.29%,respec-tively.The particle size distribution of ceramic balls or ceramic balls + steel ball milling products under labo-ratory conditions can effectively reduce the generation of over-abrasive particles and reduce the power con-sumption of ball mills.Ceramic balls can be used instead of steel balls for industrial production.
