磷石膏作为磷矿石深加工产生的废料,经验表明其是最经济的骨料充填材料.针对某磷矿胶凝材料与磷石膏1∶4充填配比,强度过剩、胶凝材料成本较高的现状,通过室内实验及现场取样试验,并结合地方标准及理论研究报告,分析充填配比调整为1∶6后充填体强度.研究结果表明,优化配比后的充填体强度满足矿山井下安全需求,可降低胶凝材料用量,大幅节约生产成本.
Optimization and Application of Phosphogypsum Filling Ratio in a Phosphate Mine
As a waste from the deep processing of phosphate rock,phosphogypsum is the most econom-ical aggregate filling material.Aiming at the status quo of 1∶4 filling ratio of phosphate rock cementing mate-rial and phosphamite gypsum,excess strength and high cost of cementing material,the backfill strength af-ter the filling ratio is adjusted to 1∶6 was analyzed through laboratory experiments and field sampling tests,combined with local standards and theoretical research reports.The research results show that the strength of the optimized filling body can meet the safety requirements of underground mines,and the annual consump-tion of cementing material can be reduced,and the production cost can be greatly saved.
