Feasibility Study on Dechlorination from High Chlorine Zinc Slag of Gas Ash and Co-production of Ammonium Chloride
In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the large accumulation of high-chlorine zinc slag in gas ash and improve its comprehensive utilization rate, aiming at the problem of dis-carding chloride ions by traditional methods, the dechlorination test of high-chlorine smelting slag was car-ried out by washing-ammonification two-stage method. The results show that the dechlorination rate was 95%under the conditions of grinding fineness 0.2 mm,solid-liquid ratio 1:10,reaction time 1 h and reac-tion temperature 60℃.By adding appropriate amount of calcium chloride and ammonium bicarbonate, after vacuum distillation, condensation and crystallization, the qualified product of ammonium chloride for agri-cultural use was obtained. Its quality met the requirements of the national standard"ammonium chloride"(GB/T 2946-2018),and the resource utilization of chloride ions was realized.
