Exploration and Practice of Cooperative-workers Business Outsourcing Model in Meishan Mining
In order to build a modern new mine with sustainable profitability and long-term competi-tiveness,in the face of the severe situation of enterprise transformation and development,Meishan Mining Company improves labor efficiency through measures such as flattening organizational structure,optimizing business process,optimizing labor organization,intelligent manufacturing,and staff reduction and efficien-cy increase.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper explores how to further deepen the business outsourcing model,assists the orderly exit of the business with the implementation of the coopera-tive-workers business outsourcing model,improves the labor productivity of the enterprise,saves the labor cost,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the smooth connection of the enterprise transfor-mation,and has achieved certain results.The goal of maintaining the existing annual output of 5 million tons of production capacity without reduction isachieved.
