摘要
为了进一步提升破碎系统生产效率,新疆某选矿厂针对原有破碎系统细碎流程存在生产效率低、破碎设备维护成本高的问题,结合该选矿厂现场实际情况,进行了细碎流程生产效率提升技术改造研究.经技术改造,生产流程实现了多碎少磨,生产效率得到了明显提升,该选矿厂生产能力有效提升了5.73%,经济效益显著,可为同类选矿厂技术改造提供有益参考.
Abstract
In order to further improve the production efficiency of crushing system in a concentrator of Xinjiang,aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and high maintenance cost of crushing equip-ment in the fine crushing process of the original crushing system,combined with the actual situation of the concentrator,the technical transformation study of the production efficiency improvement of the fine crush-ing process was carried out.After technical transformation,the production process has realized more crush-ing and less grinding,and the production efficiency has been significantly improved.The production capaci-ty of the concentrator has been effectively increased by 5.73%,and the economic benefit is remarkable,which can provide a useful reference for the technical transformation of similar concentrators.
