针对目前破碎机维修方式以事后维修为主、事前维护不足,造成设备故障率高、寿命缩短、维修成本大等问题,迫切需要制定科学的维护方案.RCM(以可靠性为中心的维护)通过识别关键设备,分析设备失效及影响,应用逻辑决断选择维护策略,再形成维护计划,可以有效提高设备的可靠性.通过方案实施,破碎机故障率、故障时长分别较同期降低了40.39%、45.63%,破碎机备件费用较同期节约32.15万元;同时有效提高了生产的连续性,降低了投入.
Crusher Maintenance Scheme Design Based on RCM
In view of the current crusher maintenance mode,which is mainly based on post-mainte-nance and insufficient pre-maintenance,resulting in high equipment failure rate,shortened life and high maintenance cost,it is urgent to formulate a scientific maintenance plan.RCM(Reliability Centered Mainte-nance)can effectively improve the reliability of equipment by identifying key equipment,analyzing equip-ment failure and impact,applying logic to determine maintenance strategy and forming maintenance plan.Through the implementation of the scheme,the failure rate and failure time of the crusher are reduced by 40.39%and 45.63%respectively compared with the same period,and the spare parts cost of the crusher is saved by 321.5 thousand yuan compared with the same period.At the same time,it effectively improves the continuity of production and reduces the input.
