安徽开发矿业有限公司拥有镜铁矿、磁铁矿2套选别系统,年排放铁尾矿75万t,随着牛皮岭尾矿库即将堆满,铁尾矿排放成为制约矿山持续发展的重要因素.为解决该问题,阐述了公司铁尾矿全资源产品化梯级利用研究与实施情况:①从高压辊磨机闭路辊压产品强磁预选抛尾中捞取3~1 mm细砂21.3万t/a;从磁铁矿磨选尾矿中分级脱水提取+0.34 mm粗粒砂21.71万t/a;从镜铁矿磨选尾矿中分级脱水提取+0.3 mm粗粒砂预计27.2万t/a.②将反浮选尾矿为主的压滤产品作为水泥铁质校正原料对外销售.③与附近矿山进行资源整合,将一部分尾矿浆送至该无尾充填矿山进行井下充填,另一部分固结压滤料回填至原拟建尾矿库区域,进行闲置土地环境恢复治理.④利用现场尾矿具有传统建材用原材料的基本特征,通过浓缩、陈化、干燥、压制、高温瓷化,生产油泥透水砖、油泥停车位井字透水砖、建筑用砖、仿古小青瓦、大波瓦等.现场尾矿实现全资源化利用.
Research and Practice of Full Resources Productive Cascade Utilization of Iron Tailings in Anhui Development Mining Co.,Ltd.
Anhui Development Mining Co.,Ltd.has two sets of separation systems for specularite and magnetite,and discharges 750 000 tons of iron tailings annually.As the Niupiling tailings pond is about to be filled,the discharge of iron tailings has become an important factor restricting the sustainable develop-ment of the mine.In order to solve this problem,the research and implementation of the productive cascade utilization of the full resources of iron tailings in the company are expounded.①213 000 t/a of 3-1 mm fine sand was taken from the high-intensity magnetic pre-selection discarding tailings of closed-circuit rolling products of high-pressure roller mill.217 100 t/a of +0.34 mm coarse-grained sand was extracted from mag-netite grinding selection tailings by graded dewatering.About 272 000 t/a of +0.3 mm coarse-grained sand is extracted from the grinding selection tailings of specularite by graded dewatering.②The filter pressing prod-ucts based on reverse flotation tailings are sold as raw materials for cement iron correction.③Integrate re-sources with nearby mines,send part of the tailings slurry to the tailings-free filling mine for underground filling,and the other part of the consolidated filter material is backfilled to the original proposed tailings res-ervoir area for restoration and treatment of idle land environment.④The tailings on site have the basic char-acteristics of raw materials for traditional building materials.Through concentration,aging,drying,press-ing,and high-temperature ceramicization,oily sludge permeable bricks,oily sludge parking space well-shaped permeable bricks,building bricks,antique small green tiles,large wave tiles are produced.The full resource utilization of on-site tailings was realized.
