龙首矿当前采用CAD二维作图,对于数据文件的存储和管理方式原始、流程繁琐等问题,开展基于DIMINE的数字化协同作业与应用研究.将矿山传统的地、测、采等专业间离散、独立、分割的技术管理模式向三维集成化、多专业融合、高效率的企业管理模式转变,从而实现信息的高度共享.采矿数字化和协同作业技术可提高工程师及管理者的信息交流效率,实现矿山地质、测量、采矿技术工作精细化管理.实践证明,数字化生产技术协同平台为同类矿山提供了良好的示范,采用集约化流程管控方式,提高了矿山本质安全,保障了井下作业安全,为我国矿业可持续发展提供支撑.
Application of Digital Collaborative Platform in Longshou Mine
In response to the current use of CAD two-dimensional drawing in Longshou Mine,the storage and management methods of data files are primitive,and the process is cumbersome,research on dig-ital collaborative work and application based on DIMINE is carried out.Transforming the traditional techni-cal management model of discrete,independent,and segmented geological,surveying,and mining special-ties in mines into a three-dimensional integrated,multidisciplinary,and efficient enterprise management model,thereby achieving high information sharing.Mining digitization and collaborative operation technology can improve the efficiency of information exchange among engineers and managers,and achieve refined man-agement of mining geology,surveying,and mining technology work.Practice has proven that the digital pro-duction technology collaboration platform provides a good demonstration for similar mines.By adopting an intensive process control method,it improves the intrinsic safety of mines,ensures the safety of under-ground operations,and provides support for the sustainable development of China's mining industry.
