某钨细泥选矿工艺优化研究

某钨选厂细泥中钨矿物多分布在-37 μm粒级,以黑钨矿为主、白钨矿少量,钨矿物在产率低的粗粒级有一定程度的富集,现场采用离心机脱泥—黑白钨矿混合浮选—白钨矿浮选—摇床重选回收黑钨矿工艺处理,WO3回收率仅在40%左右.为解决现场工艺流程复杂、钨矿物回收效果不理想问题,对现场混合浮选精矿进行了悬浮振动带式精选机分选试验.结果表明,1次粗选工艺在给矿浓度20%、给料流量140 kg/h、振动速度350 r/min、皮带速度140 cm/min情况下,可获得WO3品位38.13%、WO3作业回收率88.03%的钨粗精矿;采用悬浮振动带式精选机1次粗选、粗选中矿悬浮振动带式精选机再选,最终钨精矿WO3品位为31.60%、WO3作业回收率为89.88%,对现场矿泥的WO3回收率为72.65%.悬浮振动带式精选机分选工艺不仅显著简化了选别流程,而且WO3回收率得到显著提高,可指导现场进行工艺流程改造.
Study on Optimization of Beneficiation Process of a Tungsten Fine Mud
Tungsten minerals in the fine mud of a tungsten concentrator are mostly distributed in the-37 μm fraction,mainly wolframite and a small amount of scheelite.Tungsten minerals are enriched to a cer-tain extent in coarse fractions with low yield.The process of centrifuge desliming-mixed flotation of wolfram-ite and scheelite-scheelite flotation-shaking table gravity separation was used to recover wolframite on site,and the recovery rate of WO3 was only about 40%.In order to solve the problems of complex on-site process flow and unsatisfactory tungsten mineral recovery effect,the separation test of the suspension vibra-tion belt cleaning machine was carried out on the on-site mixed flotation concentrate.The results show that under the conditions of feed concentration 20%,feed flow 140 kg/h,vibration speed 350 r/min and belt speed 140 cm/min,the tungsten rough concentrate with WO3 grade of 38.13%and WO3 operation recovery of 88.03%can be obtained by one roughing process.The suspension vibration belt cleaning machine is used for one roughing,then the suspension vibration belt cleaning machine is used for re-selection of the rough-ing middle ore.The final tungsten concentrate WO3 grade is 31.60%,the WO3 operation recovery rate is 89.88%,and the WO3 recovery rate of the on-site slime is 72.65%.The separation process of the suspension vibration belt cleaning machine not only significantly simplifies the separation process,but also significantly improves the recovery rate of WO3,which can guide the process flow transformation on site.
