Dust Pollution and Prevention Measures in the Mining Process of Fushun East Open-pit Mine
A large amount of dust produced in open-pit mining poses a significant hazard to the work-ing environment,equipment and human health.In order to promote the open-pit mine to better implement the spirit of green mine construction,and protect equipment and human health,taking Fushun East Open-pit Mine as an example,it is introduced that automobile dust is the first source of dust in the stope,account-ing for 91.33%of the total dust production in the whole mine.Drilling dust,electric shovel dust,blasting dust,bulldozer dust,and rock drill dust are also important sources of atmospheric dust in the stope.The pre-vention and control measures are proposed accordingly.The dust removal of the transportation road mainly use sprinkler water dust removal based on the season and rainfall conditions.The dust removal of the drilling rig adopts two dust removal methods of dry and wet,and the other dust removal mainly adopts the sprinkler method.
