Preliminary Study on Optimization of Filling Ratio of Whole-tailing Paste in a Copper Mine
In order to achieve the goal of high-quality paste filling in a copper mine of Hubei Prov-ince,aiming at the problems of low slurry concentration, large underground drainage and high filling cost,a study on the optimization of the filling ratio of the whole-tailing paste was carried out.The test results show that, when the cementing powder is used as the cementing material for paste filling, the cement-sand ratio of the filling body that meets the production requirements of the mine is 1∶7,and the slurry concentra-tion is greater than 68%.When P.O42.5 ordinary Portland cement is used as paste filling cementing materi-al,the cement-sand ratio of the filling body that meets the production requirements of the mine is 1:3,and the slurry concentration is greater than 71%.Compared with P.O42.5 ordinary Portland cement, the use of cementing powder can save the cost of filling materials by 13.687 million yuan/a,and the economic bene-fits are remarkable. The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the selection of binders in the later paste filling process.
