为提高厄瓜多尔某铜矿浓密机的处理效率,降低输送成本,减少跑浑现象,进行了尾矿絮凝沉降试验.结果表明:矿浆浓度16.67%、絮凝剂用量20 g/t时,添加絮凝剂BK816F,尾矿浆沉降速度最快,沉降80s后清水层高度即可达15 cm;矿浆浓度30%时,随着絮凝剂添加量的增大,尾矿浆沉降速度总体加快,其中BK816F效果最明显,可在较低用量、较短时间内达到较好的沉降效果;质量浓度同为0.1%的絮凝剂溶液,BK816F的黏度最低.各项性能指标均表明,BK816F可作为该铜矿的高效絮凝剂.
Test on Priority Selection Flocculant of Flocculation and Sedimentation of Copper Tailings Slurry in Ecuador
In order to improve the treatment efficiency of thickener in a copper mine of Ecuador,re-duce the transportation cost and reduce the phenomenon of muddy running,the flocculation sedimentation test of tailings was carried out.The results show that when the slurry concentration is 16.67%,the flocculant dosage is 20 g/t,and the flocculant BK816F is added,the sedimentation rate of the tailings slurry is the fast-est,and the height of the clear water layer can reach 15 cm after 80 s of sedimentation.When the slurry con-centration is 30%,the sedimentation rate of tailings slurry is generally accelerated with the increase of floc-culant dosage,and the effect of BK816F is the most obvious,which can achieve better sedimentation effect in a lower dosage and a shorter time.The viscosity of BK816F is the lowest when the mass concentration of flocculant solution is all 0.1%.All the performance indexes show that BK816F can be used as an efficient flocculant for the copper mine.
