液体表面张力对超声雾化特性的影响分析

为进一步提升超声雾化技术的效果,利用自主研发的喷雾雾化效果测试装置,系统研究了液体表面张力对喷雾粒径与雾滴数密度的影响规律.研究结果表明:随着表面活性剂溶液质量分数增加,液体表面张力先降低、后趋于稳定,其中,非离子型表面活性剂3对溶液表面张力的降低效果最显著;随着表面活性剂3溶液质量分数的增大,液体雾化粒径先减小,在表面活性剂3质量分数增至0.015%后雾化粒径呈上升趋势;随着表面活性剂3溶液质量分数的增大,雾滴数密度呈先增大后减小的变化规律.该研究对提升超声雾化效果,增强其在粉尘控制、防灭火等领域的应用具有重要意义.
Analysis on Influence of Liquid Surface Tension on Ultrasonic Atomization Characteristics
In order to further improve the effect of ultrasonic atomization technology,the influence law of liquid surface tension on spray particle size and droplet number density was systematically studied by us-ing the self-developed spray atomization effect test device.The results show that with the increase of the mass fraction of the surfactant solution,the surface tension of the liquid decreases first and then tends to be stable.Among them,the non-ionic surfactant 3 has the most significant effect on reducing the surface ten-sion of the solution.With the increase of the mass fraction of surfactant 3 solution,the particle size of liquid atomization decreases first.When the mass fraction of surfactant 3 increases to 0.015%,the atomization par-ticle size show an upward trend.With the increase of the mass fraction of surfactant 3 solution,the droplet number density increases first and then decreases.This study is of great significance to improve the effect of ultrasonic atomization and enhance its application in the fields of dust control,fire protection and fire fight-ing.
