摘要

针对某矿区溜井平台边坡预裂爆破工况,通过理论分析和结合现场实际情况,确定了合理的预裂爆破孔网参数范围、装药结构以及起爆延期时间等参数,并通过LS-DYNA数值模拟软件建立双炮孔预裂成缝模型并对边坡预裂爆破过程进行仿真分析.通过对多组模型成缝效果对比分析发现,确定孔径120 mm、孔距1.5 m进行预裂爆破综合效果最好,有利于边坡成形.现场爆破应用得出,预裂边坡壁面平整,半孔痕迹清晰,孔痕连续性完好,半孔率达 75%左右,掌子面根部到达预裂线位置,爆破效果良好,无需二次处理,证实了宽孔距大孔径边坡预裂爆破技术在控制边坡成形方面效果良好,为类似工程提供了参考.

Abstract

Aiming at the pre-cracking blasting condition of the slope of a chain-pass platform in a mining area,the reasonable parameters of the pre-cracking blasting network,charge structure and initia-tion delay time were confirmed through theoretical analysis and combined with the actual situation on site.The two-hole pre-cracking crack model was established by LS-DYNA numerical simulation software and the process of the slope pre-cracking was simulated.Through the comparative analysis of the joint forming effect of several groups of models,it is found that the comprehensive effect of pre-cracking blasting with ap-erture 120 mm and hole distance 1.5 m is the best,which is conducive to slope forming.Field blasting appli-cation shows that the pre-cracking slope wall surface is smooth,the half-hole marks are clear,the continu-ity of the hole marks is intact,the half-hole rate is about 75%,and the root of the palm surface reaches the pre-crackingt line.The blasting effect is good without secondary treatment,which proves that the pre-crack-ing blasting technology of wide hole distance and large aperture slope has good effect in controlling slope forming,and provides a reference for similar projects.
