安徽某选厂为提高处理量,以全铁品位35.17%的中碎产品为试样,进行了2种不同方案的高压辊磨系统优化试验研究.中碎产品全部预先筛分—筛上干选—辊磨试验不同筛孔尺寸预先筛分试验结果表明:给矿中细粒级越少,越有利于新生成-5 mm粒级产品,预先筛分筛孔尺寸为5mm时,新生成的-5 mm粒级含量最多,达57.99%.中碎产品部分预先筛分—筛上产品干选合并未筛分给矿高压辊磨试验结果表明:随着中碎产品分矿比例的降低,辊压给矿中-5 mm粒级含量降低,新生成-5 mm粒级含量增加;当分矿比为3∶1时,新生成的-5 mm粒级含量最高,为45.36%.试验结果对比表明,采用全部预先筛分—筛上干选—辊磨试验方案指标最好,较中碎产品直接进行高压辊磨,新生成-5 mm粒级含量提高25.47个百分点.
Optimization Test of High Pressure Roller Mill System in an Iron Mine of Anhui
In order to improve the treatment capacity of a concentrator in Anhui Province,two differ-ent schemes of high pressure roller mill system optimization test were carried out with medium crushing products with total iron grade of 35.17%as samples.All the medium crushing products were pre-screen-ing-screened onsize dry separation-roll mill test.The pre-screening test results of different sieve sizes showed that the less the fine particle size in the ore feeding,the more favorable it was for the new genera-tion of-5 mm particle size products.When the pre-screening sieve size was 5 mm,the content of the newly generated-5 mm particle size was the highest,up to 57.99%.The high-pressure roller mill test results of pre-screening of middle crushing products-dry separation of screened onsize products combined with un-screened ore feeding show that with the decrease of the separation ratio of middle crushing products,the con-tent of-5 mm particle size in roller feeding decreases,and the content of newly generated-5 mm particle size increases.When the ore separation ratio is 3∶1,the content of the newly generated-5 mm fraction is the highest,which is 45.36%.The comparison of test results shows that the test scheme of all pre-screening-screened onsize dry separation-roll grinding has the best index.Compared with the medium crushing prod-uct directly subjected to high-pressure roll grinding,the content of the newly generated-5 mm fraction is increased by 25.47 percentage points.
