某低品位铷矿选矿探索试验

某Rb2O品位仅为0.048%的低品位铷矿,直接进行氯化焙烧—浸出,可获得合格的氯化铷产品,为了降低综合加工成本,提高铷资源的开发利用价值,针对该低品位铷矿开展了铷资源选矿预富集探索试验.试验结果表明:在磨矿细度为-74 μm65%及中性浮选条件下,将十二烷基硫酸钠与椰油胺按质量配比1∶1作为组合捕收剂,采用1粗2扫、粗选与扫选精矿合并再经1次精选浮选工艺流程,最终获得了Rb2O品位0.102%、Rb2O回收率60.99%的铷精矿.
Beneficiation Exploration Test of a Low-grade Rubidium Ore
A low-grade rubidium ore with Rb2O grade of only 0.048%was directly subjected to chlori-nation roasting-leaching to obtain qualified rubidium chloride products.In order to reduce the comprehen-sive processing cost and improve the development and utilization value of rubidium resources,the explora-tion test of beneficiation pre-concentration of rubidium resources was carried out for the low-grade rubidium ore.The test results show that under the condition of grinding fineness of-74 μm 65%and neutral flotation,the mass ratio of sodium dodecyl sulfate to coconut oil amine is 1∶1 as the combined collector,and the rubid-ium concentrate with Rb2O grade of 0.102%and Rb2O recovery of 60.99%is finally obtained by one rough-ing two scavenging,roughing and scavenging concentrate combined one cleaning flotation process.
