安徽某铜冶炼异常炉渣浮选试验研究

安徽某铜业公司为了解决冶炼渣型发生异常变化后出现的粗选1作业无法获得合格铜精矿,选铜尾矿铜损失较高,铜浮选指标显著降低的问题,通过在粗选1作业添加水玻璃抑制硅酸盐,可优先获得合格铜品位的铜精矿,并在阶段磨矿、阶段选别工艺流程中的粗选2作业添加硫化钠,可提高后续铜矿物的浮游速度,降低选铜尾矿的铜损失.试验结果表明:在二段磨矿细度为-0.045 mm98.3%的情况下,通过浮选可获得铜品位20.78%、铜回收率85.46%的铜精矿,选铜尾矿含铜0.251%,产品符合铜冶炼要求,试验指标较好.
Experimental Study on Flotation of Abnormal Slag in a Copper Smelting of Anhui
In order to solve the problems that qualified copper concentrate can not be obtained in roughing 1 operation after the abnormal change of smelting slag type in a copper company of Anhui,the copper loss of copper tailings is high,and the copper flotation index is significantly reduced,copper con-centrate with qualified copper grade can be obtained preferentially by adding water glass to suppress sili-cate in roughing 1 operation.The addition of sodium sulfide in the roughing 2 operation of the stage grind-ing stage sorting process can increase the floating rate of subsequent copper minerals and reduce the copper loss of the copper tailings.The test results show that under the condition of second-stage grinding fineness of-0.045 mm98.3%,copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.78%and copper recovery of 85.46%can be obtained by flotation,and the copper tailings contain 0.251%copper.The product meets the require-ments of copper smelting,and the test index is good.
