Experimental Study on Copper-lead Mixed Flotation Process of a Polymetallic Ore in Yunnan
In order to improve the beneficiation index of a copper-lead-zinc polymetallic ore in Yun-nan,reduce the cost of beneficiation reagents and improve economic benefits, based on the study of ore properties,an experimental study on copper-lead mixed flotation process was carried out.The results show that under the conditions of collector butyl xanthate + Z-200 dosage of(50 + 30)g/t,zinc inhibitor zinc sul-fate + sodium sulfite dosage of(600 + 300)g/t,foaming agent BK204 dosage of 30 g/t,primary grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 80%,and coarse concentrate regrinding fineness of-0.032 mm 90%,the copper-lead mixed flotation process of one roughing-two scavenging-one roughing concentrate regrinding-two cleaning is carried out.The copper-lead mixed concentrate with copper grade of 12.06%,lead grade of 18.85%,zinc grade of 6.14%,copper recovery of 87.98%,lead recovery of 85.33%and zinc recovery of 4.22%can be obtained.
