为了研究RGC型永磁辊式磁选机在分选过程中的分选性能,采用有限元法,以磁辊结构参数磁铁比作为研究变量,通过COMSOL软件研究了磁场分布特性.研究结果表明:当磁铁比为2.2 时,磁场强度及磁场作用深度更有利于分选.通过单因素试验,对非金属矿工业生产中RGC型永磁辊式磁选机磁辊转速对分选效果的影响进行了研究,揭示了品位与分选磁辊辊速之间的关系,当辊一、辊二辊速分别为0.61 m/s和0.54 m/s时,精矿含铁量最低.实际工业应用表明,该磁场参数及结构配置具有一定的推广应用价值.
Abstract
In order to study the separation performance of RGC permanent magnet roller magnetic sep-arator in the separation process,the finite element method was used to study the magnetic field distribution characteristics by COMSOL software with the magnetic roller structure parameter magnet ratio as the re-search variable.The results show that when the magnet ratio is 2.2,the magnetic field strength and the depth of the magnetic field are more conducive to sorting.Through the single factor experiment,the influence of the magnetic roller speed of the RGC permanent magnet roller magnetic separator on the separation effect in the industrial production of non-metallic minerals was studied,and the relationship between the grade and the speed of the magnetic roller was revealed.When the speed of the first roller and the second roller is 0.61 m/s and 0.54 m/s respectively,the iron content of the concentrate is the lowest.The practical industrial applica-tion shows that the magnetic field parameters and structure configuration have certain application value.
