摘要

为了有效解决工业炸药生产信息化、数字化管理程度低下的问题,以工业炸药生产单元为研究对象,融入"全面预算、全成本核算、全面绩效考核"管理要求,按照工业互联网架构进行系统的总体架构设计,基于低代码开发平台,采用"可视化配置+敏捷化开发"技术路径,建设了工业炸药生产信息化管理系统.结果表明:工业炸药生产信息化管理系统可以实现生产管理标准化、过程管控闭环化和经营管理数字化;准确、快速地核算成本为产品销售提供了参考依据;数据共享减少了基层单位的数据重复填报;工序过程管控和数据可视化有效提高了管控效率.

Abstract

In order to effectively solve the problem of low informatization and digital management in in-dustrial explosive production,taking industrial explosive production unit as the research object,by integrat-ing the management requirements of"comprehensive budget,full cost accounting and comprehensive perfor-mance appraisal",the overall architecture of the system was designed according to the industrial Internet ar-chitecture and based on the low-code development platform.The technology path of"visual configuration + agile development"is adopted to build an information management system for industrial explosive produc-tion.The results show that the industrial explosive production information management system can realize the standardization of production management,the closed-loop of process control and the digitization of op-eration management.Accurate and rapid cost accounting provides a reference for product sales;Data sharing reduces the duplication of data filling by grass-roots units;Process control and data visualization effectively improve control efficiency.
